Yuva Netritva Forum - BYNF (Indian Youth Leadership Forum) has levels of
volunteers based on their locations, professions and institute. If
you are 15-39 year old interested in working with us, please mail your
resumes/biodata with identity proof, statement of purpose (why you want to
join) or reference, and self-declaration letter mention there is no criminal
case and you firmly believe in equality of humans and gender.
We are also looking for interns and professional to manage our various operations, please mail us in case you would like to be part of our part. You join our College Chapters in various academic institutes, Professional Cells depending on your specialized skills and knowledge, location based Councils, and Mentors, help in guiding whole organisation to reach its aims and objectives and work towards its goals.
All our teams have specialized roles like Convenors, Correspondent, Facilitator, Coordinators and Secretary apart from other members and volunteers. Each may also have Gender Equality Officer, preferably female member. Academic institutes Chapters may also have provision for Education Officers, for student with excellent academic and extra-curricular records.
There are College Chapters in various academic institutes to work; these groups of students ensure there is good discussion of current issues and also participation on social activities for society.

Working Professionals would have Professional Cells, depending on their skill-set; these groups would provide guidance to the young members and society. These cells would have specific professionals, helping in organisational activities.
And our location based Councils, would operate in urban and rural set-up help in identifying the individuals who have good level of motivation to contribute to the society. Our city based Councils work for ensuring all our objectives are fulfilled and increasing number of youth gain from social activities and contribute to society.
Mentors, help in guiding whole organisation to reach its aims and objectives and work towards its goals. They may act like guardians for our good work. Person above ages of 40 and with experience in the field of social and professional work cans join us Mentors, and guide our members and supporters.

Ravindra Vikram Singh, would take the role of President to guide the organisation.
Responsibilities of the Roles:
Conveners: Ensuring meetings, activities and discussions are held on timely basics.
Correspondent: Ensuring proper documentation and information sharing with members and organisation.
Facilitator: Ensuring all the activities and programs of iCFDR are well participated. And ensuring all of the members participate to be active on social media.
Coordinators: Making sure there is no communication and leadership gap. And ensuring all of the members participate actively take part in on-ground activities.
Secretary: Assisting, overseeing and facilitating all the functions. Also ensure there must be proper feedback.
Gender Equality Officer: To ensure we as organisation promote gender equality.
Education Officers: For student with excellent academic and extra-curricular records, who like to share knowledge and will help others grow.
College Coordinators and Council Coordinators: Will ensure all the chapters and council under their area of influence are smoothly functioning.
Person above 40 years cans join us as mentors.
We work with students, working professionals, self-employed and youth in colleges, university, villages, cities, business and other occupation to contribute to society.
